Client Requirements

The client owns a 4BHK flat and seeks a complete interior design solution that enhances functionality, comfort, and aesthetics while reflecting their personal lifestyle. The requirement includes design and execution of all key areas — living and dining room, kitchen, four bedrooms, bathrooms, and balconies. The client prefers a modern and elegant design language with a balanced use of neutral and warm tones. They expect a cohesive interior theme with customized furniture, optimized storage, and premium finishes. Washroom should be attach to all four room.
In the living and dining area, the client desires a welcoming ambience with a comfortable sofa layout, an elegant TV unit, and a stylish dining setup suitable for family gatherings. A crockery or bar unit and a small pooja space may also be incorporated based on space availability. The lighting should include both ambient and accent elements to enhance the mood.
The kitchen is to be designed in a modular format with a functional layout — preferably L-shaped or parallel — using high-quality finishes such as acrylic or PU. Built-in appliances like a hob, chimney, oven, and microwave are required, with a quartz or granite countertop and ample storage solutions including a tall unit and corner carousel.
The master bedroom should offer a luxurious yet calm environment with a king-size bed, wardrobe, TV unit, and dresser. A modern false ceiling, subtle lighting, and premium wall finishes such as wallpaper or paneling are preferred. The second bedroom, meant for parents or guests, should focus on comfort, accessibility, and practicality, with a soft colour palette and sufficient storage.
The kids’ bedroom is expected to be vibrant and playful, featuring a functional study area, ample storage for toys and books, and a design suited to the children’s age. The fourth bedroom will serve as a multipurpose space — usable as a guest room, study, or home office — designed with flexibility in mind.
The bathrooms will be designed with modern fittings, anti-skid tiles, glass partitions, and elegant vanity units. The balconies should have functional flooring, comfortable seating, and greenery to create a relaxing outdoor corner.
The client expects a well-coordinated lighting plan, adequate electrical provisions, and minimal visible clutter. Smart home automation and air conditioning integration may also be considered. The overall design goal is to deliver a sophisticated, warm, and practical home that aligns with the client’s lifestyle, within the defined timeline and budget.
